Changing plan - cannot tell type of plans are offered

I am currently on “SIM only - Pay Monthly - 1 Month - £5.00 per month - 500mins - Unlimited texts - 1GB data” plan.

When I go to “Manage my plan > Change my plan” the list does not say what type of contracts these are.

I want to change to the same type of plan (SIM only - Pay monthly - 1 month)

SOLVED; “The available plan changes which you see under the 'Change my Plan' would all change your allowances on your currently plan, your contract will remain a one month rolling plan until you choose to switch, end or upgrade your account.”
