I have just upgraded my mobile plan, but I have received another SIM

If your existing SIM fits in your upgraded phone, just use your existing SIM
iD only send a ‘new’ SIM with upgrades in case the existing SIM doesn’t fit in the upgraded handset.
The ‘new’ SIM you received with your upgrade is not active - keep it safe in case you need it one day.

Hello
It’s a blank SIM and can be ignored.
Moving forward we’ve actually made changes that will now be stopping replacement SIMs being sent with upgrades so that should help clear up any confusion.
