I have upgraded my phone and you still want me to for old phone

I up graded my phone from Samsung galaxy a51ph number [EDIT] to a Samsung a53 5g phone number [EDIT] I paid my first bill of £21.99

On the 13th July 2022 I upgraded my phone via your app but you still want me to pay for my old phone this my third phone with you

Okay @David Robinson, if you’d upgraded you’d have kept the same mobile number with the A53 5G.

The fact you’ve got a new number with the new phone suggests it’s a new contract, not an upgrade, which is why you’re paying for two phones.
