I tried to order an upgrade and it got rejected

My contract ended on the 22nd of June, and I tried to order an upgrade. The order went through fine, and then I got an email 2 days later saying that my contract isn't done yet, but it definitely is. I've got upgrade options on the app, but not the tile that says time to upgrade that the ID site talks about.

Normally you can upgrade any time within the last 60 days of your contract, or thereafter.

Any eligible upgrades will be shown in the iD App or your iD My Account online, but only when you are signed-in to your iD account.

For any account or billing specific enquiries, it’s best to contact iD customer services using the online chat service at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

The iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

Another option for iD customer service is iD Mobile’s facebook page or Twitter page - anyway, good luck.
