Move number to upgrade plan

I had assumed that when I upgraded my plan that I could keep my old number. It appears that this is not the case so I would like to cancel the new contract. Please can I be contacted to do this.

Hello @Emilyjjjjjjj,

It sounds like instead of upgrading, you’ve purchased a new contract, hence the new number.

It is possible to keep the number in the upgrade as it’s automatically done.
