plan switching - will this impact my term length?

Hi

You have considerably increased my monthly payment plan. However, you are now offering me a slightly cheaper plan BUT with more data (which I hardly use ).

My question, if I switch to this new plan, do I need to commit for new 24 months before I can upgrade? I am due for an upgrade at end of July so need clear answer as I am keen to to get upgraded.

Hello @Mohammed.hilalu,

If this is a Plan change then this will not change your tariff length as you’ll still be on the same old tariff just replacing the plan.

If you are upgrading then this will change your contract term.

Given you can’t upgrade until July and based off this, I’d say this is just a plan change and won’t impact your contract length.

You would see disclaimers if you were agreeding to a new plan term before comitting so you can review this.
