Hi I want to upgrade to the S22 ultra but there are no 256gb models in stock, do you know if these are due back soon?
or is it possible to take the plan offered for the 256gb model on the 128gb version instead?
I’ve tried to contact via chat but have only received unhelpful automated responses.

At this moment in time, it does not look like it will be coming back in-stock due to no time-frames showing. It may come back in the future, but we don’t have any expected stock dates currently.

As for plans, they are set around the device and calculated based on this.
The 256GB model would cost more than the 128GB model so the 128GB model plans should be cheaper.
We can’t mix and match the tariffs.
That said, Burgundy 256GB is showing in-stock still, only Black 256GB is out of stock.
