Good evening - I'm approaching my 6 months with ID and alk bills paid on time in full.
I'm somewhat confused - can i upgrade to a phone of my choice, keep my number and that's it.
Or is it a credit check and then offer of only phones allowed?

You can upgrade to any eligible handset shown in the account.
A credit check is not required on upgrades.
If you still don’t see the phone you want, you can call our Sales Team to discuss options further.
