switching to id mobile from a payg

Hello. I have tried to switch from a Vodafone payg to Id mobile contract. I have submitted the switch request but nothing happened so tried to input it again and a message came up saying request already submitted contact us for further details

Can anyone help or give me a phone number I can speak to a human on please?
