Why In hell have I logged into my Id account to see that my only available upgrades are an iPhone 11 which is the phone I have rn or 14plus with 400 pounds upfront cost and 30 pounds a month wth I can pay 100 upfront and 48 for iPhone 14 pro. Why in the hell would you offer my same phone to me with a new upfront cost and half the price I’m paying now nearly 40 pounds for a laggy iPhone 11 🤣

You can view all your upgrade options via the iD App as these would be the best options that we can provide.
