If i upgrade to this phone is it easy to keep my phone number and all my details and photos. Is it just a matter of changing sim card over.?

Hi @Peter.wright19,

When you upgrade, your number will always stay the same.

If you upgrade to a SIM-only plan, you don’t need to do anything to your existing phone.

If you choose to upgrade to a new phone plan, you will need to make sure your data from the old phone is backed up so it can be uploaded to your new device. Some phones have dedicated apps to make the switch easier.
