Upgrade to new phone

I currently have a SIM only deal as I held onto my old phone (all with iD). I am now eligible for an upgrade. When my new phone arrives is it ready to go from the box, with my existing number etc? Is there a delay in transferring from one to the other working?

Hi @Bethanm,

When upgrading, the service should remain on the SIM card so there should be no disruption caused. If the new phone comes with a new SIM card, you can activate it through your online account if you need it i.e SIM card size change.
