It is more expensive for me to upgrade my plan than it is for me to get a new phone from scratch. What can you do about this?

Upgrade plans are pre-selected for you.

We can’t do much from our Team here but perhaps you can try speaking to our Sales Team on 0207 1391 397 and they can look into this further to see if anything can be found to suit you.
