The account I have with ID is for my daughter’s phone. I want to get her an upgrade with new handset as a Christmas present but obviously don’t want her to know about it until then. Last time I did an upgrade there were texts sent to her for change in contract and about the phone being delivered. Is it possible to stop these, or to get ID to send them to a number that is not the number on the contract?

As we notify the number regarding upgrades or any communication, you would receive texts.
You can try blocking the sender (iD Mobile) if possible but you will miss important texts and contact and so any issues you would not be aware of and could be liable if this leads to missed payments etc for example, if the Direct Debit wasn’t collected and we texted to advise so.
