If you’re eligible to upgrade, you’ll see your upgrade offers after you login.
You can also upgrade in-store at Currys / Carphone Warehouse, or by calling the iD telephone sales team on 020 7139 1397 - during normal office hours.

As above,
If you wanted to know about your add-ons and what happens when you upgrade, they should remain on but any rolled over data from rollover will be lost that first month.
