Good morning, I upgraded my SIM contract to a mobile. When would I receive the mobile as I have not had any email.?
Or confirmation on delivery.
I was also told the bill will be £ 25
How ever it's now saying £36
How is this any help will be fantastic

You should receive tracking via email once the phone has been dispatched.
When you log into the iD app/account is it showing the new plan? If so, the phone has been dispatched so please check emails as well as spam/junk folders for this.
As for billing, you get a pro-rata bill on your next bill calculation as upgrades are always done part way in a billing month.
