Why Can't I Upgrade to Monthly Sim Only?

Hi,

 

My contract has become eligible for an upgrade and I wish to change my contract to a 1 month sim-only plan but i’m only seeing the 12 month/24 month sim-only options yet if I was a new customer I am able to select a 1 month plan.

 

Can anyone advise me as my only feasible option I can see is to end my contract and port to another provider (which I don't want to do) to get a 1 month plan.

Can you CHANGE plan instead of upgrading?

You might be able to find the option you want using CHANGE instead of UPGRADE.

Hey @Henmanc,

Are you on a 24-month plan at the moment?

You would usually see 30-day, 12-month and 24-month options but may not be available until the last 30-days of your contract.

Yes I'm coming to the end of my 24 month plan but not in the 30 day window yet.

You should see the options available soon once you reach the last 30 days of the contract.
