Can't log in or register daughters phone

I have 3 children with mobile phones, that come out of my bank account.

Each phone is set up with their own gmail account and password.

I can access my ID Mobile account and upgrade,

But I can’t access their accounts on their phones or online to upgrade data allowances or check their usage etc.

How do I do this please.

Hi @Janet Kelsey,

When trying to view their accounts, are you logging out of your own first before trying to log in using their email addresses and passwords? If so, what error message are you faced with?

If you have not logged in to their accounts before, you will need to register an account for each one.

Thank you for replying, very much appreciated.

I did eventually find out what the problem was with registering the phones.

It was the DOB.

All the children’s accounts had been set up with my DOB.

This has now been sorted, and I can access their accounts, and they can access their own account too.

Thank you for replying.  I am not technical at all, and this was stressful.  I did manage to register their phones separately, once the system stopped defaulting to my ID each time as we all have the same surname. I learnt a lot about how ID works, and this is a great place for sorting problems out.
