Cannot register and cannot process PAC and error on system. Live Chat doesnt give access to a human

Hi,

 

I am trying to register as a new customer and also submit my PUC to pull over my existing number but the system says that I am entering the wrong information. I am definitely not! I can’t get through to Live Chat and have also tried Facebook Messenger as I think that a human needs to process this. Help as iD systems and lack of being able to speak with a human is tying me in knots!

The social media team are usually pretty good when responding to private messages.
Don’t post comments on the iD Facebook page itself - make sure you’ve sent them a private message using the Facebook Messenger service.

The online page looks like:
