I lost my sim ( 30 days contract sim ) and I got new sim which I forgot my log in details

For this, you will need to go through the username/password reset process on the my iD Mobile website. To allow you to access your account again.

Hey @RentalLeader  this won’t work in the above as it’ll send a code to the iD SIM which the customer has lost sadly.

@Oluyemi Adebowale, have you been able to speak to an agent to activate the SIM since? Or did you need help?

I can PM you here and activate this for you to help you regain account access.
