Can’t register account for my phone as not recognizing my phone number or my name and date of birth?

 

also new SIM card won’t work or let me register

Okay @Amy156, the quickest way to sort out your registration issues, would be to get in-touch using one of the options below:

  1. Send iD a private message on facebook (using Messenger).
  2. Send a DM (direct message) to iD on Twitter.
  3. Use the online chat service at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - iD agents work 9am - 8pm on weekdays (8am - 6pm at weekends).

Any out-of-hours messages left on facebook or Twitter are picked-up when the iD social media team next start work.

You need to make sure the account holder’s details are the ones you’re entering, so the person who made the purchase, not the person who will be using it.

The iD number will be the one connected on the SIM.

Are you still facing issues or have you sorted this since?

Hey @Azar Hussain,

You need to enter the account holder’s last name, year of birth and the iD number currently active on the SIM.

The account holder is the person who purchased this.

Are you entering all of the correct details as above?
