I’ve just purchased and recieved a new mobile phone, and id mobile sim card and monthly plan.
Unfortunately I’ve not been able to register my sim card as I do not have the mobile number for this sim card and I’ve not recieved any emails confirming my order and welcoming me to id mobile. I’ve checked my junk folder as well, and they are not there either.
There could be the possibility of me putting in my email incorrectely when I ordered through the Carphone Warehouse website, as the only confirmation of the order came through a text message on my other phone.
Any help would be mostly appreciated
