I can't log in

I cannot log in to my account on the website

When I use the “forgot username or password” options, it asks for my Mobile No, Last Name and Year of Birth, however it doesn’t accept my answers.

 

What do I do now, as I cannot access my account?

Have you registered before for an iD account?

Have you ever been able to login?

Please note, that the iD Community account is a completely separate account to the iD account on the website/app.
