i cant reset my password

I've been trying for weeks to reset my password but every time I try it says something has gone wrong and now I can't get online to pay my bill 🤦‍♀️

How frustrating for you @Channon Roberts, it should be easy to reset your account password.

I think you should use Live Chat and ask an iD customer service agent to find out what’s going on with your account.

Once you’re connected on chat, type “talk to a person” for assistance from an agent.

The agents work 9am - 8pm weekdays and 9am - 6pm weekends.

You can also get help by contacting an iD agent privately from their facebook page or Twitter page.

Yeah but it redirects me to online and I want to change my data package 😔

Have you tried to pay your bill by calling 7777 from your iD handset?

Hi, it's already registered but keeps saying somethings wrong and won't reset anything
