What contract type do you have? If it is a SIM-only plan this can be cancelled by choosing the option from within your online account.

I have a contract with ID Mobile I do not know the mobile number nor do I have the phone and I would like to cancel my contract, what can I do?

Do you have a landline you can call?
If so, you could ring it and then dial 1471 on the landline, this will give you the last number that called.
