login error on forgot password page

I have a Sim for my daughter which is working well but when she tried to make a call, it said she was out of data [ she uses it max 10 m a day whilst at home on wifi].  I am trying to login for the first time, to work out why / how she has used the data up but it is not working.

I have clicked on “forgot password”.

I have typed the phone number, my surname and year of birth and it says there is an error.

I have restarted everything and typed it all again, double checking spelling and details. - still an error.  how can i login?

Helo @LisajMartin,

That’s odd, as the data wouldn’t be used for calls unless using 4G Calling so this won’t impact calls.

Are you sure that the error she’s getting is advising that her data has been used when she tries to calls?

Or does it advise she’s reached her cap limit
