My iD account shows my previous contract

Hi,  I've just joined I'd as a new customer I've been with them years but it was cheaper.  My account is logging me into my previous contract that hasn't closed but I want to be able to see the new one,  can someone help

Sounds like there’s a new iD account for whatever you ordered when you re-joined iD Mobile @Enid Johnston. 

You’ll need to register again to see the new iD account created for you new iD contract.

You’ll need to register again and you won’t be able to re-use the same email username.
