Hi I need help in porting my number it is urgent please . Worse service no one is there to speak

Sorry if you’ve been unable to get through to our Live Chat Team, but we strive to answer all posts here within 1-2 days to try to never leave anyone hanging on for help too long.

 

If you have recently purchased a 24-month contract or SIM-only contract from iD Mobile and need to move the number.

Then please first of all register your new iD Mobile account here (when registering, be sure to be using the iD Mobile number that came with that SIM).

Once you’re registered and logged in.  You can then give us your PAC (code) from your previous supplier alongside the number itself.  Then the number will port over in 1-2 working days from there.
