unable to register on id mobile app as details wrong

Obtained a new sim yesterday. Unable to register for the ap, say wrong last name or year of birth, both are correct .even tried various option with an apostrophe. Also sent in my pac code and received a text saying mobile no,last name or transaction number incorrect.
My new mobile number is REMOVED
