Hello 

i attempted to upgrade at the end of january 2023. I have a contract summary but I havent heard anything from you since the end of January. Could I have an update please.

What device did you upgrade to? Is this for one that was in-stock?

When you log into your plan or account, what plan shows? Does it show your new upgraded plan or your existing plan you were on before upgrading?
