I have two ID mobile rolling sims for my 2 children. I can access the account details for one child and have managed to upgrade that one to a plan with more data but because I can’t manage the second SIM on the same account it’s not letting my upgrade my second SIM. How can I go about changing the plan that SIM is on?

Register the second SIM for its own iD online account
At iD Mobile you cannot have multiple SIM cards registered under the one iD account.

Each number has it’s own account.
You’ll need to register the second number for it’s own account and then you can upgrade.
Note: you can’t re-use the same username as the other one.
