Wrong data showing on my dashboard

My dashboard is showing 21 GB instead of 30GB, which I signed up to yesterday.

Please can you amend.

Hi @Pickles1970,

Was this a new contract or an upgrade/plan change? If the latter, you may have a pro-rata allowance until your allowance refresh cycle come around. Does the same allowance show on both the app and the online account dashboard?

I recently changed to sim only for £5 and I am pretty sure the deal was 3GB, it shows 2.
