Added 300 minutes and STILL can’t make 1 phone call!!!

Hi Joseph, is the number you’re trying to call a standard rate/geographical number, or is it a premium rate number that isn’t included in your allowances, such as an 0845 number?
If it’s the latter, it’s likely that you’ve set a £0 bill cap which is being triggered by the attempt to dial a chargeable number. You’ll need to increase or remove the bill cap.
If it’s the former, I’d recommend talking to our Live Chat team so they can take a look into your account.
