App shows an outstanding balance but bank shows paid via direct debit?

Hello the app says I have an outstanding balance but my bank statements show I made that payment and it went threw without issues, I have even contacted the bank and requested proof of this and they have send a request to get all payments to ID printed and sent to me. I have been trying to contact support but with no luck please help.
