Apps wont work on mobile data

Hi I've got a problem with my Sony Experia z2 when I'm using mobile data I can't use certain apps I've reset my phone to factory default still no luck tried the logging in and out of Google aswell no luck also granted every app unrestricted data they will work fine on WiFi reset apn and network settings

Web browsing is intermittent works then doesn't or goes slow then says error majority of apps wont work hotukdeals, indeed, ebay Facebook doesn't load sometimes signal has gone really poor

Just changed my network setting to 3g only but shudnt have to put up with that when I pay for 4g

Is this working fine over 3G?

It sounds like an issue with the 4G masts if so which may be down to a temporary fault.

 

Please can you confirm the full postcode for us please?

Yes working fine over 3g better phone signal aswell postcode is wa92ph
