Can't submit forms or text charity numbers

Unable to submit application forms just get error messages on various sites.

Also unable to send text to number used for charity donations or completion entries. 

Please assist

Hi @GinaG, thanks for getting in touch. Do you mean that you’re never able to submit forms on any website? This sounds like an issue with your phone’s browser rather than a network problem. What’s the make and model of your phone? Have you tried using a different browser? 

Regarding the charity texts, it’s possible that a premium number bar or a bill cap is preventing you from sending these. 

If you contact our Live Chat team, they should be able to help disable this.

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
