Couple of days ago, I upgraded but unfortunately I don't like the handset so I want to cancel this deal and I want to upgrade new handset. I have been contacting customer service but there is no answer. It is only answer machine. Which is really annoying. I also tried live chat but no help.. Keep saying busy... Is there anyway I can get help!! It's been days I have been struggling to contact. How can I return this device and change new device.?
