connection issue

I'm still having the same problem although I purchased new phones to test if it was the phone or network.

I have limited internet access and I'm only able to go on some websites, most just time out. My hotspot is extremely slow and all apps that require internet connection aren't working other than play store YouTube and Gmail.

I've spent over an hour trying to join live chat by recommendation of a private message from Will however have been unsuccessful

I've had limited internet access now for around 5 days and it's really frustrating that nobody is available to fix it.

I understand the stress of this pandemic however all I need is my phone in these times and without it am struggling with everyday life.

If you can't fix this we need to look into cancelling the contract at ID mobiles expense not my own as I pay for unlimited everything and for a week now haven't had a phone and have spent hundreds of pounds due to your lack of help
