Contract Expired.

Hi guys. I was an Id mobile customer for a year contract that EXPIRED feburary 2021. It was started in 2019 for two years under the name

I do not remember my old phone number but I have since switched providers. It was to my understanding that at the end of the contract it would expire and I'd no longer be required to makes payments. Apparently this is not the case even though I did not authorise the contract to be renewed. I know have debt collection agencies chasing me for money I Apparently owe. 

 

Please terminate this contract immediately as I am within my statutory right to do so.

We’d only cancel a contract upon being provided with a 30 day notice to do so, or if the customer requested and used a PAC code to move their number away. This is mentioned in all contracts that we provide.
