Credit File Missed Payment and arreas

I have had multiple accounts with iD mobile. Never missed a payment for months. I have cancelled the contracts on time and contacted iD mobile. Unfortunately they billed me again then report to credit agency for missed payment. I have not received a single email, text or phone call from them to discuss this. 

I tried calling them after receiving an alert on my credit report. No success after spending hours on the phone. I decided to pay the £3.81. Now i have received another alert again for arrears. This is crazy. 

How can I recommend a friend or family to subscribe to this company. I hope someone will contact me to resolve this otherwise I will be taking this forward to the ombudsman for poor customer treament.
