When I try to reply to emails or click on ATTEND for an event my phone does not send the email/message. At home I use my laptop so unsure if the phone does work at home when I am using my home internet. Why doesn’t my phone send messages esp when I am out and about. So frustrating.

Can you try sending one when at home to see if it is data connection related? Or, when you are out and about, do other internet-enabled apps work fine? If so, then this would eliminate a potential connection issue and it’s more than likely to be a software issue.
Which email app do you use on your phone? It might be worth setting up your email account from scratch again on the app.
