Hi the SIM in my daughters phone has stopped working she had taken it out and tried it in another device and think it is maybe damaged.

Hi the SIM in my daughters phone has stopped working she had taken it out and tried it in another device and think it is maybe damaged.  I would like to order a replacement sim but cant log into the account for some reason?

Hello @Andyred47,

It could be down to the coverage also as opposed to a damaged SIM.

Have you tried it since or away from home to see if this works?

Have you tried running a manual network search. Does any network show in the results?
