High Data Usage

I have 2GB of data and a rate of £22.99 per month, after two weeks I had run out of data and bought another £10 and the next day it said I had run out, have I been hacked - I hardly use my phone or down load stuff, I watch YouTube and Facebook on my iPad? What's going on?

Hi @Gini Wilkinson,

Hacking wouldn’t be a cause of extra phone data use I’d imagine. Do you have a WiFi connection most of the time? If so, could the phone have dropped off the network? 

You can check data usage from within your phone settings too depending on which phone you use to see which apps/services have used the most.
