So I have been trying to speak to someone for days the live chat isn’t working the phone number keeps kicking me out! I blocked my phone due to loosing it, I have since found it I spoke to an advisor on live chat 4 days ago they said they would unblock my phone I’m still waiting and cannot speak to anyone...why am I paying for a phone that won’t work???
the customer service is terrible
