muddles accounts

My partner and I both have ID accounts but the two are being muddled and I need to sort that out so that he gets correspondence meant for him and I get mine.

My password also seems to be forgotten when I sign in.

Hi @alexandereve,

 

So just to be clear, you need the active email addressed changing on each account so that correspondence from ourselves (ie bill reminders etc) is going to the correct person regarding each line, is that correct? 

 

Or is it people sending text messages to one of you, and the other is receiving it?
