I have tried to do a graphics test with no luck, power cycling does not work either. Doing a factory reset yields no results either.

If you purchased your phone directly from ID Mobile or Carphone then you can visit your local Carphone store and request warranty repair / replacement ( Depending how long you have your phone, replacement is given within 30 days). They will check if this fault is covered by warranty and if it is, they will fix it for free.
