Not receiving text messages

Hi for the last 2 weeks I am not receiving text messages. I have to keep restarting phone for the messages to come through. Its all messages from friends and also Paypal etc.

Is this for all numbers or just specific ones?

Have you just joined iD?

Did this work okay previously and has stopped all of a sudden?

Hi no I have been with Id for about 4 years havnt changed my phone or anything. It is all text messages some have come through today after another restart yesterday. Not had this problem before its been happening for about a week now.

Hi @annecbyrne 

Did restarting your phone fix the issue entirely?  Or is it a case of the messages only come through when you do restarts?

 

Would you happen to have another phone in your house that you could pop the iD SIM card in to?  Just to see if the same problem happens in a different phone?
