Number Transfer

I have just upgraded my SIM via the My Account on the ID website.  My account is displaying my old number but my phone seems to be working only on the new number.  I have waited for a few days to gave the transfer time to act but no joy as yet.  As this transfer was via the ID website I have no PAC or STAC number as I believed this would be done automatically.  Can someone help me please.

When upgrading you will keep your number, have you been sent a new SIM card?
