OTP messages not coming through

Hello,

I regularly can’t receive OTP/short code messages from my bank, Paypal and other companies. Sometimes they come through, but more often not. It doesn’t matter if I ask te resend the message or restart my phone. I’ve read on this forum it is a frequent problem associated with the ID network. How can this be resolved?
