My Samsung Galaxy S5 phone periodically dis-connects from the network, for no apparent reason.
Although it always re-connects following a power cycle, dis-connection is becoming more frequent.

Do you have access to any other phone that you could try popping your iD Mobile SIM into?
-or-
Do you have another SIM you could try in your Samsung?
From the sounds of things it could be the Samsung Galaxy phone itself here that is the problem.
Though if you could please confirm your postcode and we’ll take a look at any known issues with the mast(s) there.
